2005-06 NEWMAC All-Academic Honors

The Clark athletes below were among the 2005-2006 student-athletes that earned New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) All-Academic Team honors. Honorees must have met the following criteria: earned a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5/4.0 scale or 4.35/5.0 scale after the 2005 spring semester (fall), earned a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5/4.0 scale or 4.35/5.0 scale after the 2005 fall semester (winter and spring)achieved second year academic status at her institution, and been a member of the varsity team for the entire season. Fall sports sponsored by the NEWMAC include: men's and women's cross country, field hockey, men's and women's soccer, women's tennis and women's volleyball. Winter sports sponsored by the NEWMAC include: men's and women' basketball and men's and women's swimming and diving. Spring sports sponsored by the NEWMAC include: women's rowing, baseball, women's lacrosse, softball and tennis.

The New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference consists of ten highly selective institutions committed to academic excellence: Babson College, Clark University, U.S. Coast Guard Academy, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Mount Holyoke College, Smith College, Springfield College, Wellesley College, Wheaton College, and Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

The men's lacrosse players listed below earned Pilgrim League All-Academic Team honors for the 2006 season. Honorees must have compiled a minimum cumulative grade-point averaged of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale or a 4.0 on a 5.0 scale after the 2005 fall semester and been a member of the team for the entire season.
