To make sure that your gift is received in time for a 2008 charitable tax deduction, please note the following:
· If mailing a check, your envelope must be postmarked on or by December 31st,
2008.
· Credit card gifts through the mail must be received by
Clark and processed
before the close of business on December 31st,
2008.
· Because of our vendors processing time, all ONLINE donations for the 2008
tax
year must be made by midnight on Tuesday, December 30th, 2008.

Phones will be staffed until 3pm.
The Clark Fund phone lines will be staffed from 8:30am-5pm December 22nd, 23rd, 29th, 30th, and

$2 million in the 2007/2008 academic year.
Some of the worthwhile benefits of your investment include:
- Scholarships - The Clark Fund supports the scholarships that attract the most academically gifted students.
- Innovative Programs - The University Park Partnership, International Studies Stream and the Fifth Year Free Plan are among the many creative programs that make Clark a perpetual pioneer in higher education.
- Foundation Grants - Foundations and other funding agencies look at alumni donations when deciding on multi-million dollar grants. When you support Clark, you're showing these organizations that your University is worthy of their support, too.
- Gifts to the Clark Fund - Gifts to the Clark Fund may be directed to unrestricted funds, scholarships, the library or "other." All gifts are tax deductible and may be made by check or credit card by May 31, 2009 for this fiscal year.
